Deitrick Haddon

Hailing from Detroit Michigan Deitrick Haddon made his mark in ministry and music at an early age.  His passion for ministering musically began as early as 10 years old and as A teenager he electrified the city of Detroit as he brought a new choir sound as director of the youth choir at his home church. Deitrick Haddon formed Voices of Unity and recorded three successful albums before embarking on his solo career.  His first solo project entitled Chain Breaker is still a gospel favorite decades later. Deitrick Haddon is a 3 time Grammy award nominee, a multiple Stellar Award winner including Male Vocalist of the year and Contemporary Choir of the year (Deitrick Haddon’s LXW) and multiple Dove Award nominations. Pastor Deitrick has pushed the envelope and broke cultural and generational barriers in gospel music with innovative sounds, soul reaching lyrics and electrifying performances for years but has also broken mold of men’s contemporary fashion.

Deitrick Haddon is also a well-known TV personality, actor and producer. He held the starring role in TV One’s Sins of the Father and was one of the executive producers of Oxygens critically acclaimed reality series Preachers of L.A and their breakout music series Fix My Choir. Pastor Deitrick Haddon has also executively produced independent films such as A Beautiful Soul, Blessed and Cursed and The Fallen. Out of all the tiles he carries, his most precious ones are Husband to the beautiful Lady Dominique Haddon, Father to Destin, Denver and little Deitrick and Pastor of Hill City Church. You will often find him rushing through the airport after singing in front of thousands of people, to get back to Hill City Church and be prepared to preach the word on Sunday morning. Pastor Deitrick Haddon uses his celebrity to be a blessing to the community and uses his influence to bring services that are not widely available. His vision, dedication and commitment to Christ can be seen in everything he does.
